Who is the owner?
The owner is Gavin Hughes, a 17-year-old entrepreneur from Colorado who loves the coast and has made it his goal to create a brand that feels like a community.

Will my order arrive?
YES! Shipping typically takes 5 days to 2 weeks. For some products that require longer manufacturing times, shipping could take up to 5 weeks.

What is the refund policy?
At Jepture, we stand by the quality of our products. Refunds are offered only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or mislabeled. If your item meets one of these criteria, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at JeptureCoastal@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Where is the company located?
Jepture is currently based in Colorado, but our fulfillment centers are located along the coast in North Carolina and Texas, with additional centers in Europe.

Why Jepture?
My hope is to eventually own a small surf shop on the coast. Every purchase helps my company get closer to that goal!
